Atlanta's Largest Sound Bath Experience

Unwind and relax with a unique sound bath experience led by a healing practitioner and Reiki Master from SND Bath. This journey of sound incorporates angelic healing sounds which radiate from quartz crystal bowls tuned to your body’s energy system. The process works to move energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing in the body.
You will hear native drums that mimic the cleansing and clearing sound of ocean waves and gentle tones from Koshi chimes tuned specifically to the four elements. You will see calming ocean views that include whale sharks, manta rays, and so much more.
New this year: featuring a special Lululemon giveaway at the end of class!
Get tickets now, space is limited! Tickets are $29.99 per person and include a 60-minute class and complimentary parking in Georgia Aquarium’s parking garage. Doors open at 6:00 pm; class begins at 6:30 pm.
While not required, we suggest bringing an eye mask, yoga mat, as well as a blanket for comfort as participants get cold when their systems slow down during a sound bath.
All participants are encouraged, but not required, to wear facial coverings while at Georgia Aquarium.
Intended for guests ages 8 and up.
Doors open at 6:00pm. Class begins promptly at 6:30pm.
Access to class via Oceans Ballroom Entrance on the first floor of Georgia Aquarium’s parking garage ONLY.
Complimentary parking is available in our attached covered parking garage. Please bring your parking ticket with you to receive your validation sticker.
Advance registration required. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Space is very limited, so please book early as we expect to reach capacity prior to class.
This ticket does not include Aquarium admission.

Join Sound Healer and Reiki Master Rebecca Turk of SNDBAth in a meditative and healing journey of sound to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep and relax body tension by producing a specific resonance and tone.
Bring your own yoga mat, blankets and/or sleeping bag, warm comfortable clothing, pillows for head and/or back support, and an eye mask (or SNDBath will provide an eye mask, as needed).
This program is for participants 14 years old and older.

We’re excited to be back in Decatur at the beautiful Chapel on Sycamore!
A sound bath is one of the most relaxing experiences you can give yourself. It is an effective form of deep rest and rejuvenation for your physical body & your mind. Just 30 minutes of rest and meditation in a sound bath is equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep.
This virtual journey of sound incorporates angelic healing sounds which radiate from Rebecca’s quartz crystal bowls tuned to the 7-point chakra system (your body’s energy system), a native drum will mimic the sound of ocean waves which are cleansing and clearing and finally, gentle tones from Koshi chimes tuned specifically to the four elements will complete the experience. Rebecca’s sound bath experiences are cleansing and rejuvenating on the deepest cellular levels; connecting mind, body and spirit.

IMPORTANT - Doors will open at 5:45pm.
There is a beautiful jazz flow yoga class by Robin Doyon right before the sound bath. It begins at 4:30pm. You are welcome to attend the yoga class as well. The cost is $15 and you can pay Robin day of the event! As an added treat, I will be playing my sound bowls during the yoga class Savasana.
Please arrive on-site with ample time for parking and to find the venue. There is free parking across from the chapel at the law offices of William Teusink/High House (Gray House) and there’s also street parking and parking lots around the chapel. There is no parking allowed behind the chapel at this time. The Chapel on Sycamore is located at 318 Sycamore Street, Decatur, GA 30030.
The session will begin at 6pm and doors will be locked during the session.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARRIVAL TIME
Please plan to arrive early for the session to have plenty of time to sign in and settle in. Studio doors open 15 minutes before the session. We intend to start the session on time, and doors will be locked 5 minutes after the session has started to respect the experience of everyone in attendance.
*There is free parking in the Publix parking deck off Peachtree Place NW. The studio entrance is on L2.
