Come and experience a sound bath at the beautiful Chapel on Sycamore in Decatur! As my gift to you, the remaining sessions for 2026 will be BOGO’s where you can bring a friend for FREE.

A sound bath is one of the most relaxing experiences you can give yourself. It is an effective form of deep rest and rejuvenation for your physical body & your mind. Just 30 minutes of rest and meditation in a sound bath is equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep.

This sound journey incorporates angelic healing sounds which radiate from my quartz crystal bowls tuned to the 7-point chakra system (your body’s energy system), a native drum will mimic the sound of ocean waves which are cleansing and clearing and finally, gentle tones from Koshi chimes tuned specifically to the four elements will complete the experience.  My sound bath experiences are cleansing and rejuvenating on the deepest cellular levels; connecting mind, body and spirit.

Be sure to bring the following for the most relaxing and comfortable experience:

• Yoga Mat

• Blankets

• Pillows

• Water

• Your favorite eye mask - *SNDBath eye masks will also be provided

IMPORTANT - Doors will open 15 minutes prior to Sunday sessions.

There’s a relaxing Jazz Flow Yoga Class by Robin Doyon & Higher Love Yoga prior to the sound bath on Sundays. It’s a great combo with sound healing and a wonderful way to spend a Sunday! If you’re attending the yoga class, please enter through the front door of the Chapel.

NEW PARKING INFORMATION

Chapel management is rolling out paid parking in July for the lot directly behind the Chapel, as well as the lot at the High House across the street. You are welcome to use either of these lots but payment will now be required.

Please provide your email address when registering and I will send a QR code for $5 Chapel parking closer to the date.

There are free, convenient parking options in close proximity, including on-street parking. Please arrive early to find your most convenient parking spot.
