Elachee Sensory Sound Bath

Join us at Elachee Nature Science Center for a deeply restorative Sensory Sound Bath led by Rebecca Turk of SND Bath!
A sound bath is a calming, immersive experience designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect. Through guided meditation and vibrational sound, participants are invited to slow down and release tension in both body and mind.
During this session, Rebecca will use quartz crystal singing bowls, a native drum, wind gong, and Koshi chimes to create a soothing soundscape inspired by natural rhythms and the elements. These resonant tones are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of balance and well-being.
This program offers a peaceful opportunity to pause, breathe, and enjoy a moment of calm in a supportive, welcoming environment.
